This semi-detached property is located in the secure, gated community of Las Huacas, just a six minute drive to the restaurants, yoga classes and world famous surf of Playa Guiones and Pelada.

The space has been designed to enhance your jungle experience. Sat on a mountain, the property maximizes air flow to naturally cool the rooms. The brand new villa has two bedrooms with air conditioning, high end mattresses and en-suite bathrooms. There is a special balcony to enjoy the blue water view. Downstairs you’ll find a guest bathroom, a wonderful dining table, all appliances and a huge sofa. Outside there is a private parking space and private seven meter length saltwater pool overlooking the rainforest. The 200 mbps fibre optic wifi is perfect for remote working.

Designed by award winning Salagnac architects and built sustainably by Garza Construction, all existing trees were incorporated into the design to maintain the local habitat for the Howler monkeys and beautiful birds who frequent the garden. The house has a special twist in that it’s decorated with wonderful art by the beautiful Behnaz Love, inspired by living in Nosara.

A note about Nosara: We look forward to helping you step back in time, relax and enjoy the Pura Vida of Costa Rica, and there are a few things to be aware of before your visit. While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. These issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and management company and may come without advance notice. Nosara is a rapidly growing community and many areas have construction noise, typically between 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update properties impacted by construction, but we are not always given advance notice of a project. The septic system in Nosara does not permit flushing of toilet paper.
