Description

This home is located on a hill overlooking Playa Guiones. Its U-shape design allows for extreme privacy and access to the infinity-edge pool through French doors from all the rooms. Great ocean and sunset views. The center holds the fully equipped kitchen, while the master bedroom and its bathroom stand on the right, and the two guest bedrooms and one bathroom share the left side. The master bedroom has a queen bed, one guest room has two twins and the other a queen bed. There is a laundry room, wireless internet and phone, and plenty of books.

Very private and secluded, at the end of a driveway, it is the perfect place for a relaxed and private vacation, with easy access to the beach and the town. A walk to the beach is over 30 minutes with steep hills and transportation is needed for trips to the village or stores, all within a 5-minute drive. Wildlife is abundant and the view is astonishing.

While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
