This Nosara Costa Rica Rental is located on a hill overlooking Playa Guiones. Its U-shape design allows for extreme privacy and access to the infinity-edge pool through French doors from all the rooms. Great ocean and sunset views. The center holds the fully equipped kitchen, while the master bedroom and its bathroom stand on the right, and the two guest bedrooms and one bathroom share the left side. The master bedroom has a queen bed, one guest room has two twins and the other a queen bed. There is a laundry room, wireless internet and phone, and plenty of books.

Very private and secluded, at the end of a driveway, it is the perfect place for a relaxed and private vacation in Nosara, Costa Rica, with easy access to the beach and the town. A walk to the beach is over 30 minutes with steep hills and transportation is needed for trips to the village or stores, all within a 5-minute drive. Wildlife is abundant and the view is astonishing.

A note about Nosara: We look forward to helping you step back in time, relax and enjoy the Pura Vida of Costa Rica, and there are a few things to be aware of before your visit. While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. These issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and management company and may come without advance notice. If internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend researching internet data plans available through your cellular provider. Nosara is a rapidly growing community and many areas have construction noise, typically between 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update properties impacted by construction, but we are not always given advance notice of a project. The septic system in Nosara does not permit flushing of toilet paper.
