Description

Located in the high-end Las Huacas neighborhood of Nosara, the house consists of two buildings separated by a rancho and outdoor dining and living terraces. The main building has a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an entertainment room and laundry room. The second building houses the beautiful master bedroom, with ocean views, and master bathroom, as well as the kids room and bathroom below. All bedrooms have AC.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, ocean view, and private bathroom. The kids’ room has two sets of bunk beds, sleeping 4, and private bathroom. The third bedroom has a king size bed, ocean view, and shared bathroom with the fourth bedroom with two twin beds and an ocean view. The fifth bedroom has two full-size beds, pool view, and private bathroom.The outdoor area has a large dining table, and the lower terrace has comfortable built-in couches for relaxing by the pool.

While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
