Casa Fenomenal is located on the hill of Las Huacas, a stones throw away from the stunning beach of Guiones and Pelada. Las Huacas is at a very short driving distance  from Guiones beach, about 4 minutes. Casa Fenomenal has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, infinity pool with view on the majestic Pacific Ocean.

It has that modern, minimalistic look that thrives in a jungle environment. Most rooms have a view on jungle and ocean and their private bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen; always nice to cook with a view on the ocean. Since Nosara can suffer from water shortage and rationing, the house has a water back up tank of more or less 1,100L.

Las Huacas is a hill right on the howler monkey’s trail. The chance you’ll have a family of howlers taking their breakfast next to you is pretty important. A great place for family holidays or with friends. This is Casa Fenomenal, a great place to create memories.

While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
