Description

Casa Jawa is located in beautiful Nosara coastal and unspoiled jungle on a 5000 m2 property and includes more than 200 fruit trees. It is a five minute drive and 25 minute walk to the world class surfing in Playa Guiones. Casa Jawa is based on real and authentic eco living elegance and coziness. It was built to have as a little of a footprint on the environment using recycled containers, stones, wood and as little concrete as possible. Casa Jawa is located in the 506 Tennis Center and has 24 hour security guard service.

Casa Jawa has 3 floors. The ground floor is called Jawa Air and has one California king bedroom, one twin room, one office with a futon bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living-room and two terraces overlooking the pool. The second floor is called Jawa Earth and includes a spacious living-room with a large kitchen, a queen bedroom with a bathroom, and a breathtaking large deck. The third floor is called Jawa Ocean and has a master bedroom with a California king bed, a bathroom, and two large decks. On top, there is a lookout with ocean and jungle view. The three floors have an independent entrance accessible through the same outdoor main stairs.

The house sits on 3.25 acres of very private land with hundreds of fruit trees such as lime, orange, star fruit, mango, banana, and avocado as well as hundreds of gorgeous flowering precious wood trees. The house is located 15 minutes walking distance to the beach with a beautiful path through the jungle and the K section community area leading to Baker’s Beach on famous surfing Playa Guiones. The property is accessed through the gate of the 506 Tennis Center compound.

While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
