Palmas Inclinadas

Description

Palmas Inclinadas is a three bedroom, three bathroom house located in the central area of Playa Guiones. It has a lush garden with its classic pool and the typical rancho. Thanks to its location you don’t really need a car. Walking distance to beach and restaurants is just a few minutes. Everything can be done walking or cycling, with the occasional larger shopping trips done with a taxi or Tuk Tuk. The kitchen area is very comfortable and has all the appliances a cook needs. It is a well secured property with strong bars, a monitored alarm and a safe. And the owners installed a water backup tank, just in case.

The house has about 2000sqft on a much bigger property with walls all around the garden which gives a great sensation of privacy. A great place to shake the problems off your shoulders and start relaxing.

While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
