Description

Paraisito has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and will welcome up to six people with a spacious loft, which can be reached by a beautiful spiral wrought-iron staircase. One bedroom with shared bathroom has a queen bed and its half-moon shape is spacious and full of light. The second bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. The loft has two twin beds and shares the bathroom with the first bedroom. Living space includes an indoor living room, an outside porch and a barbecue grill.

Walk to the pristine beach of Pelada in five minutes. Another ten minute walk will get you to the beach of Guiones or to the mouth of the river Nosara. A grocery store and several restaurants are also within a ten minute walk. Surfing, swimming, strolling on the beach, bird and nature watching, kayaking... all is at your door step.

While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
