Description

This property is located in a private gated community in Playa Pelada, just next to Playa Guiones. The apartment has two big bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a single bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed made out of a full and a single and a queen bed. Each room has its bathroom, a big open fully equipped kitchen with a long bar in a big family room. The patio is closed with screens so you can enjoy sitting or eating outside insect free. Bedrooms and living room have AC.

You can't get much closer to the beach, the property is just a two minute walk to Playa Pelada. Another big benefit of this property is the common area with an enormous pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area.

While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
