The compound offers clean architecture with an eye for organic form and is tastefully furnished with Balinese teakwood furniture and Asian statuary. It was designed by Salagnacar Arquitectos, architects of the Bodhi Tree and Nomad Hotel. There are multiple indoor/outdoor hang-out areas including two palapas, (traditional palm leaf structures). Great for families, friends groups, creative retreats, or if you are dreaming of a perfect remote office for an extended rental. All of our en suite rooms have desks. We are a 5-minute drive to either Gaza Ocean or Guiones beach and a very good small grocery store. 7 minutes from a fresh fish store and 10 minutes drive to the town of North Guiones which features great restaurants, cafes , shops, a pharmacy and medical center.

A note about Nosara: We look forward to helping you step back in time, relax and enjoy the Pura Vida of Costa Rica, and there are a few things to be aware of before your visit. While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. These issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and management company and may come without advance notice. If internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend researching internet data plans available through your cellular provider. Nosara is a rapidly growing community and many areas have construction noise, typically between 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update properties impacted by construction, but we are not always given advance notice of a project. The septic system in Nosara does not permit flushing of toilet paper.
