Nosara Beach House Steps from Playa Guiones

With a perfect location only a 2-minute walk to Guiones beach, the four-bedroom Nosara beach house can sleep up to 10 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One bedroom and bathroom is wheel-chair accessible. The bedrooms are surrounding a large living room, with a lounging area and a dining table seating eight persons. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Master bedroom has one king bed. Second master bedroom, which is wheelchair accessible, has a king bed. Third bedroom has two queen beds. Fourth bedroom has a bunk bed made of a twin and a full size bed, and an extra twin bed.

A large outdoor covered terrace has lounging furniture and a large dining room table with benches. The pool allows for laps as well as relaxing with submerged seating and a shallow area for children. There is a rancho with gas grill for outdoor grilling and sink.

Surfers will be delighted to find an outdoor surf rack and a surf storage room to secure boards at night. Within a 10-minute walk or less, you will find many Nosara activities, restaurants, bars, surf shops, stores, groceries, and an organic market twice a week.

A note about Nosara: We look forward to helping you step back in time, relax and enjoy the Pura Vida of Costa Rica, and there are a few things to be aware of before your visit. While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. These issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and management company and may come without advance notice. If internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend researching internet data plans available through your cellular provider. Nosara is a rapidly growing community and many areas have construction noise, typically between 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update properties impacted by construction, but we are not always given advance notice of a project. The septic system in Nosara does not permit flushing of toilet paper.
