Description

With a perfect location only a 2-minute walk to Guiones beach, this four-bedroom house can sleep up to 10 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. One bedroom and bathroom is wheel-chair accessible. The bedrooms are surrounding a large living room, with a lounging area and a dining table seating eight persons. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Master bedroom has one king bed. Second master bedroom, which is wheelchair accessible, has a king bed. Third bedroom has two queen beds. Fourth bedroom has a bunk bed made of a twin and a full size bed, and an extra twin bed.

A large outdoor covered terrace has lounging furniture and a large dining room table with benches. The pool allows for laps as well as relaxing with submerged seating and a shallow area for children. There is a rancho with gas grill for outdoor grilling and sink.

Surfers will be delighted to find an outdoor surf rack and a surf storage room to secure boards at night. Within a 10-minute walk or less, you will find many restaurants, bars, surf shops, stores, groceries, and an organic market twice a week.

While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
